Trust and privacy

Your data belongs to you — always

Faidah holds your books, so you should know where they live, who can reach them and what we can't do without you. In plain language, here's how it works.

How it works

Four things we keep straight

  • Your books stay in the UAE region

Faidah stores your ledger, documents and audit history in the UAE region. Where a feature has to reach outside it — a tax portal, for example — the workspace says so before it runs.

  • One business, one set of books

Each business is a separate workspace. An accountant reaches a client's books only after that client invites them, and access ends the moment it's withdrawn.

  • People get only what they need

Owners, invited accountants and employees see different things. Sensitive actions — bank connections, filings, inviting people — stay with the owner unless the owner hands them over.

  • Every action has a name on it

Approvals, corrections, rule changes and submissions are logged with who did it and when, and the log is yours to read and export.

Role-based access

Who can see and do what?

Three roles, one workspace. Anything marked “only if you grant it” is off until the owner turns it on.

Reviewable by design

The AI suggests. A person decides.

See how corrections work
  • Every suggestion names its reason — the rule, the supplier history or the wording it matched.
  • Nothing is remembered as a preference until someone approves it, and the approval is logged.
  • Corrections are kept with the transaction, so an auditor can see the original suggestion and who changed it.

What we don't claim yet

Faidah is pre-launch and we hold no security certification today, so none is listed here. When we complete an audit, this page will name the standard, its scope and its date — and nothing before then.

If your business needs specific assurances before you can adopt Faidah, tell us on the waitlist and we'll be straight with you about where we are.
