What Faidah accepts

Direct export files from QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho Books, or a CSV of transactions, customers, suppliers and opening balances.

Who does what

No surprises about who's responsible

  • Faidah does

    • Reads your export and shows the counts before saving anything
    • Proposes account and VAT mappings, with its reasoning
    • Keeps your source file and the import log for the audit trail

  • You do

    • Export from your current tool, or give us access to it
    • Make the calls Faidah can't — duplicates, odd accounts, VAT history
    • Confirm the opening balances before you start filing from them
